Standard shipping — Australia & International: AUD $10 per standard shipment group.

Heavy/bulky-item shipping — Australia & International: AUD $25 per bulky shipment group for designated dressing tables, furniture and large mirror cabinets. Items combined in one bulky shipment group share this $25 charge. Separate bulky shipment groups each attract $25.

Mixed orders: Rates are combined when your basket contains standard and bulky items or products from different shipment groups. For example, one $25 bulky group plus one $10 standard group costs $35. Additional standard groups may add further charges. Review the full shipping total at checkout before paying.

International orders: Standard shipping costs AUD $10 per standard shipment group and heavy/bulky items cost AUD $25 per bulky shipment group to all available international destinations. Currency conversions and the full shipping total are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges apply to discounted orders unless an offer specifically includes free shipping. Digital gift cards do not require physical delivery.

Order processing: Beau-tish processes orders on the same day they are received. Supplier warehouse preparation and dispatch may take an additional 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Australia: 7–10 business days.
International: 10–25 business days.

Allow for supplier warehouse preparation and dispatch in addition to delivery. Timing varies by product, supplier and destination. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; some items may take longer.

Items may ship from Australia or overseas and may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch where available.

Returns & Refunds

Problem with your item? If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please complete our Product Issue Report form or email beau-tish@outlook.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number or other proof of purchase, the item name and a brief description of the problem. Clear photos or a short video are helpful where reasonably possible; you can email these if the contact form does not support attachments.

We will review the issue and explain the next steps. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back. Original packaging is not required to exercise your consumer rights.

Change of mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including selecting the wrong size, colour, style or quantity, where the item matches your order and its description.

Your consumer rights: For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For other problems, we will provide the remedy required by Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is confirmed to have a problem, we will cover reasonable return postage or transport costs. Keep receipts for any return costs you pay.
