At Beau-tish, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please take care when selecting your items, including the style, colour, size and quantity, before placing your order.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Please choose your items carefully, as Beau-tish does not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes situations where you:

  • Ordered the incorrect size, colour, style or quantity
  • Changed your mind after placing your order
  • No longer want or need the item
  • Ordered an item by mistake

Please review the product description, sizing information, photos and other product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Beau-tish Refund Policy

At Beau-tish, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We carefully check our products before they are sent, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us so we can assist you.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact Beau-tish as soon as possible after receiving your order.

To allow us to assess your claim, you will need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or fault
  • Photographs of the packaging, where relevant
  • A brief description of the issue

We may request additional information or photographs if required to assess the claim.

Refund Approval

Once we have reviewed the information provided, Beau-tish will determine whether the item is eligible for a refund.

If your refund claim is approved, the purchase price of the affected item will be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.

Refunds will only be processed once the claim has been reviewed and approved by Beau-tish.

Change of Mind

Beau-tish does not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or simply deciding that you no longer want the item, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If an item has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.
