Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies only to products expressly offered by Beau-tish as a subscription, pre-order or try-before-you-buy purchase.

The available purchase option and its specific payment, cancellation and return terms will be shown before you place your order. An ordinary one-off purchase does not create a subscription or recurring payment arrangement.

Subscriptions

Where a subscription is available, the offer will explain:

• What you will receive and how frequently.
• The payment amount and billing frequency.
• Any minimum commitment.
• Whether the subscription automatically renews.
• How and when you can cancel.

Recurring payments will only be taken with your authorisation.

Use the subscription management link, where provided, or contact us through our Contact page to request changes or cancellation.

Cancellation stops future renewals and charges in accordance with the terms disclosed when you subscribed. It does not automatically cancel an order already processed or dispatched.

Any applicable minimum commitment or cancellation deadline must be clearly disclosed before purchase. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is not available for immediate dispatch.

The product page or checkout will explain the estimated availability, payment arrangements and any specific cancellation conditions.

Payment may be collected in full, as a deposit or at a later agreed time. Any later charge will be made only in accordance with the payment arrangement you authorise.

To request cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number. We will check the order’s status and the cancellation terms provided at purchase.

Where a cancellation is accepted, we will explain the refund amount and process. Any proposed deduction must be lawful and consistent with the terms disclosed before purchase.

Estimated availability dates may change. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with an update and explain your options. If we cannot supply your order, we will refund payments for the unavailable goods and any associated delivery charges that are no longer applicable.

Dispatch does not remove any cancellation, return or refund rights available under applicable consumer law.

Try Before You Buy

This option applies only where a product is specifically advertised with a try-before-you-buy offer.

Before ordering, you will be told:

• When the trial starts and how long it lasts.
• Any payment authorisation or upfront charge.
• How to notify us that you wish to return the item.
• The return deadline, condition requirements and return postage arrangements.
• When and how much you will be charged if you keep the item.

To return an item under this offer, follow the instructions and deadlines provided at purchase.

The offer’s trial-return terms apply even though our general policy does not accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Ordinary One-Off Orders

For purchases without one of these special options, contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.

Change-of-mind cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun. We will check the order status and advise you of the available options.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory consumer laws.
