Enquiring About an Order?

Please include your order number, the name used when ordering and a brief description of your enquiry.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items, please complete our Product Issue Report form or email beau-tish@outlook.com.

Include your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem. You can upload photos through the form. Photos should be clear, well-lit and in focus, with the item and problem area fully visible, without blur or glare. Photos are helpful where reasonably possible; you can also email a short video.

For your security, please do not send passwords, full payment card details or card security codes.

Customer Support Hours

Monday–Friday: 9:00 am–6:00 pm AEST (Brisbane time).
Closed weekends and Queensland public holidays.

You can submit an enquiry at any time. We aim to respond as soon as possible during support hours. Responses may take longer during busy periods.
