Enquiring About an Order?

Please include your order number, the name and email address used when ordering, and a brief description of your enquiry.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please complete our Product Issue Report form or email beau-tish@outlook.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number or other proof of purchase, the item name and a brief description of the problem. Clear photos are helpful where reasonably possible. Upload photos using the report form. Keep the item or problem area fully visible, well-lit and in focus, without blur or glare. You may also email photos or a short video to us.

We will review the issue and explain the next steps. Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item back. Original packaging is not required to exercise your consumer rights.

For your security, please do not send passwords, full payment card details or card security codes.
