Use this form to report an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please submit one report per affected product.
Photo guidance
Upload clear, well-lit photos. Keep the whole item or problem area fully visible and in focus. Avoid blur, glare, heavy filters or cropping out important details.

- Photo 2: a close-up of the fault, damage or difference from the listing.
- Photo 3: the label, packaging or incorrect item received, where relevant.
Each file must be under 20 MB. All photos are optional; you can still report an issue without them. Original packaging is not required to exercise your consumer rights.
