Standard shipping — Australia & International: AUD $10 per standard shipment group.

Heavy/bulky-item shipping — Australia & International: AUD $25 per bulky shipment group for designated dressing tables, furniture and large mirror cabinets. Items combined in one bulky shipment group share this $25 charge. Separate bulky shipment groups each attract $25.

Mixed orders: Rates are combined when your basket contains standard and bulky items or products from different shipment groups. For example, one $25 bulky group plus one $10 standard group costs $35. Additional standard groups may add further charges. Review the full shipping total at checkout before paying.

International orders: Standard shipping costs AUD $10 per standard shipment group and heavy/bulky items cost AUD $25 per bulky shipment group to all available international destinations. Currency conversions and the full shipping total are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges apply to discounted orders unless an offer specifically includes free shipping. Digital gift cards do not require physical delivery.

Processing: 2–5 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Australia: 7–10 business days.
International: 10–25 business days.

Change of mind: We do not accept change-of-mind returns, including choosing the wrong size, colour, style or quantity. Please check the product details and individual size guide before ordering.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items: Contact Beau-tish with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photographs where possible so we can assess the problem and explain the next steps.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply. For a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement. For other problems, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Contact us for return instructions before sending an item. Where a product is confirmed to have a problem, we will reimburse reasonable return costs. Keep your postage receipts. Shipping charges will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
