Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products available at Beau-tish may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy explains how these purchase options work and when they may be changed or cancelled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details may be securely stored, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you have chosen to pay for the subscription in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected subscription period. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it before the next scheduled renewal or payment.

You can manage, change or cancel your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation or subscription emails.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is not currently available for immediate dispatch but is expected to become available at a later date.

Depending on the product, Beau-tish may collect:

• No payment at the time of ordering;
• A partial deposit; or
• Full payment at checkout.

Where applicable, your payment method may be securely stored so that any outstanding balance can be charged when the product becomes available or is ready to be fulfilled.

A pre-order may be cancelled before it has been fulfilled, subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-order. Any request for a return or refund after fulfilment will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under applicable consumer law.

Estimated availability and dispatch dates for pre-order products are estimates only and may be subject to change.

Try Before You Buy

For products offered under a Try Before You Buy arrangement, your payment method may be authorised before the order is fulfilled.

You will be given a specified trial period to decide whether you wish to keep the product. The applicable trial period and any return requirements will be provided when you place your order.

If you decide not to keep the product, it must be returned within the specified trial period and in accordance with the applicable return conditions.

If the product is not returned within the required timeframe, your payment method may be charged for the full purchase price.

Any returns or refunds relating to Try Before You Buy purchases will be handled in accordance with the terms of the offer, our Returns & Refunds Policy, and applicable consumer law.
